Firstly- tell us about your dress?
My dress was Essence of Australia, I had tried on lots of different styles of dresses in a previous bridal shop, so when I came to Pearls and Lace I knew what styles I was looking for, and what I definitely didn't want. When I put on my dress I fell in love with the top of it and the two sparkly bands that went around it. Also loved how the skirt flowed/ fell so nicely and the gorgeous flower detail that was scattered on the skirt.
The Details
I Paired my dress with a Tiara , Long Veil that had sparkles throughout it, and blush pink ballet shoes. I was going for an elegant/princess/fairytale style. I went for white and blush pink bouquet as we were coming into the summer also went with my Pink shoes
The Bridal Party
The groom was in a grey suit and Black waist jacket with a back and silver tie, the groomsmen were in black suits with burgundy ties. my bridesmaids were in burgundy dresses and my flower girl was in a dress similar to own
Advice for other Brides
1)Do things as soon as you can to leave it less stressful and also so you're able to enjoy the build up.
2) download pinterest and have different folders of all the wedding nails ,flowers, dresses you like
3)Enjoy dress shopping and have an open mind, try all styles of dresses on. I definitely went for something different.
Question 5. What was your most memorable moment of your special day?
There was so many memorable moments throughout the day, one of them was being announced into our reception, as I think all the nerves are completely gone so you really enjoy the buzz
