Firstly, tell us about your dress...
My Dress Was Perfect ! It was exactly what I wanted, as soon as I put my dress on I just knew because it was exactly what I had pictured in my head.
I think i may have tried on 5 in your store but in other stores I lost count. The woman helping me pick out my dress ( really sorry I can’t remember her name) but she was so lovely .
The Details
Because my dress was so plain I wanted a beautiful lace veil, I got a headband and a belt for the dress. I had bought a chain earrings and bracelet all matching but my husband surprised me with a locket with a picture of my daddy so of course I was wearing that . I wanted to be very elegant.
My flowers were rustic, so oranges, whites and greens.
The Bridal Party
My bridesmaids wore a rustic orange, with a satin belt and rose gold dangly earrings and bracelets. There hairs were up loosely with little leaves and flowers in them . The groom and groomsmen were pretty much the same,
Navy suits and rustic ties , Shan wore a different waistcoat to be a bit different from the rest.
Advice for other Brides
Do not stress about anything , and don’t over plan. I had 5 weeks to plan my wedding form scratch and if i have of been planning it for 2 years it wouldn’t have been as perfect. And just love every moment. Your wedding day is about you and you husband so don’t try to please everyone else.
What was your most memorable moment of your special day?
I loved every single moment of it , but sitting at the alter it was absolutely freezing and just felt warmness at my left shoulder. I know it was my daddy with me.
