Bridal Week London 2026
Bridal Week London officially sets the tone for the wedding season ahead—and we are so excited to share everything we’ve seen, loved, and carefully chosen for our brides this year.
From statement silhouettes to the most romantic details, this year’s event brought together the industry’s most exciting designers, emerging wedding dress trends, and experiences—all in one inspiring, but super fast-paced few days.

And while we were there to select what we felt were the most beautiful dresses for the boutique, we were also there with you in mind—our Pearls & Lace brides who want something timeless, but with that little edge that makes it uniquely yours, something different to what you have already seen but still delivering that classic bridal feel.

Wedding Dress Trends for 2027 We’re Obsessed With
If we had to sum up Bridal Week London in one word? Elevated.
Designers are reimagining the wedding dress in ways that feel both modern and deeply romantic. Classic silhouettes but with textured fabrics and dramatic details.
Architectural Silhouettes & Dramatic Ballgowns
Structure is everything for 2027. We saw strong, sculpted bodices paired with full, dramatic skirts—perfect for brides who want that unforgettable moment walking down the aisle.
Ballgowns are back in a big way, but with a cleaner, more fashion-forward feel. In our 12 years buying- we have never seen so many gorgeous ballgown variations.

Texture, Texture, Texture
This season is all about touchable detail. Think:
- Rich brocade fabrics
- Delicate pearl embellishment ( the pearl trend is going nowhere!)
- Layered textures that catch the light beautifully
These wedding dress styles feel luxurious and dimensional—something truly special in person.

Soft Romance Meets Modern Detail
Alongside the drama, there’s still a softness we know our brides love.
We saw:
- 3D floral appliqué
- Flowing detachable capes- there are so many seperates and inter-changable dress add ons which we know our brides will love.
- Ethereal overskirts that transform your look from ceremony to reception
These details allow brides to personalise their wedding dress in a way that feels completely their own.

The Return of the Peplum (Yes, Really)
A subtle but exciting comeback—peplum details are re-emerging in a fresh, modern way. Think less structured and more fluid, adding shape and interest without overwhelming the silhouette. We already have Jordi in-store and brides are loving the peplum moment!
Square Necklines Are Here to Stay
Clean, flattering, and effortlessly chic—square necklines continue to dominate the wedding dress space for 2027.
Behind the Scenes at Bridal Week London
Day one is always about discovery.
We spent the day visiting each of our designers, previewing their newest collections, and narrowing down the pieces we knew our brides would fall in love with. It’s a mix of instinct, experience, and knowing exactly what works for you.
That evening, we stepped into something really special—an after-hours bridal fashion experience in Shoreditch.
It was bold, directional, and full of energy. Seeing the wedding dress trends come to life on the runway gave us a completely new perspective on how these styles will translate into real weddings in 2027.

Day two is where the magic really happens.
This is when we make our final selections—the dresses we know are coming home with us. And we can honestly say… we’ve chosen some incredible pieces for you.✨ These new wedding dress arrivals will begin landing in the boutique from May through to July, so keep an eye on our socials for first looks.
Our London Recommendations (Because We Loved)
We’ve made a bit of a tradition out of Bridal Week London, and over time we’ve found some absolute favourites we have to share.
Where We Stayed
The Virgin Hotel completely stole our hearts.
From the rooftop heated pool and Guess garden furniture (yes, we were obsessed too!) to the in-room Smeg fridges and what might just be the chicest hotel gym we’ve ever stayed in for Bridal Week —it felt like such a treat after long days on our feet.

Where We Ate
Camden Street Market was our go-to for something relaxed as it was right next door to the event and full of choice. Perfect if you want to try a bit of everything.
Where We Had Drinks
We ended our trip the only way we know how—with cocktails.
- Virgin Hotel Bar (effortlessly cool and perfect for a nightcap)
- Brasserie of Light in Selfridges (a firm tradition for our London Bridal Week trips at this point—and always worth it)
A little shopping in Selfridges after didn’t hurt either…
What This Means for Your Wedding Dress
The biggest takeaway from Bridal Week London?
Brides are no longer choosing between timeless or fashion-forward—you can absolutely have both.
The wedding dress of 2027 is about:
- Personal expression
- Transformative styling
- Elevated, luxurious detail
And we cannot wait for you to experience these pieces in person.
